Christmas wish list from the Rockies

The Strathmore Rockies have been good little players this year and we really hope Santa can bring us some of the following wishes for Christmas:
• Less snow or winter tires for our players so we can arrive safely to our games in this crazy weather.
• Obviously more wins in the New Year
• No more backwards only 2 on 2 at practice pretty please Coach Tom.
• Have Heather Gaska play goalie in a game instead of her sister Grace
• A new jacket for our coach Tom Molloy
• Have Samantha, our president, stop nagging us
• Lucky bounces. We hope Santa does not allow anymore lucky goals against us like bounces off shin pads, gloves or skates. Urrrggg!
• Have more fan support and attendance in Strathmore at our home games
• Practice our powerplay more so we can actually capitalize on our chances.
• All Purple goalie pads for our three goalies
• Have a article featured in every issue of the Standard. Thanks for everything already Richard!
• Some single male fans for all our single players. Sorry Nicki, Stacy, Heather, Sarah, Grace,Fish, and Brittany.
Thanks again to all of our supporters,fans, and volunteers. We hope everyone has a Happy Holiday and Safe New Year. Hope to see you around the rink!
